We build the record that follows hemp from the field to the finished building — regulatory analysis at the raw-material lot, every production step, the product, and the structure it ends up in.

HPLC determination of THC and total THC on each raw-material batch, issued as a certificate of analysis bound to that batch and locked against later edit.
THC-SAFE ↗Hempcrete carries two carbon stores, and we count both. The hemp holds carbon taken from the air; the lime binder takes CO2 back as it cures and locks it into stone. Our stems keep their lumen open, so air reaches deep into the wall.
One identifier scheme carrying raw material, process, product, building — and where the material went after that. Stored carbon and its MRV data are derived from that chain, and every record is write-once.
VIZO CARBON ↗Most hemp traceability exists to prove the drug fraction is absent. Ours does that too — but the same inspection that removes the leaf and flower is what turns the remaining stem into a carbon asset. Everything is entered once, in the regulatory system, and flows from there.
Roles are held apart, and each carries its own qualification. Producers and analysts register themselves; the roles that decide are on an allowlist and cannot self-register.

Growers join through the Cannabis Regulatory Science Association, whose membership form already separates the legal plant parts from the controlled ones. Material reaches us under a tripartite agreement between ourselves, the association's licensed research supervisor, and the grower — with an annexed raw-material and sample ledger that our record system implements directly.
Korea produces roughly 120 tonnes of hemp seed a year, and the dry stem that comes with it is about five times that — some 600 tonnes. The Andong Hemp Specialized Zone accounts for about 60% of it. That stem is what we build with.
Andong's growers are organised into cooperatives of three to twenty farms. Three of them are active, and we hold agreements with two. The third and the smaller groups are next.
Our target is 80% of Andong and 60% of the country in this record system. At 600 tonnes of dry stem, the national figure is on the order of 1,000 tCO₂e of biomass carbon a year — carbon that today leaves the field as residue.
